Upon arrival at Southampton Airport, make your way to Zone 1 of the Long Stay Car Park, where you will be greeted by a member of our team and they will show you where you can park your car.
Where will my car be kept?
All cars are parked at Southampton Airport’s Long Stay Car Park. Our car park is secure with entry barriers and 24/7 CCTV coverage. To ensure that your vehicle remains safe and secure, we also have regular security patrols around the car park.
How far is the car park from the cruise terminals?
Our Long Stay Car Park is 20 minutes away from the Cruise Terminals, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to park your car and get to the port on time before your scheduled departure.
Are taxi transfers included in the original price?
Yes. Our private taxi transfers to and from the Cruise terminals are included in your initial payment. There are no hidden costs here!
How do I arrange my transfer from the port to the car park after my cruise?
Before hopping off your pre-arranged transfer to the port to set off on your cruise, Radio Taxis will arrange your pick-up transfer so you can enjoy your cruise stress-free knowing everything is arranged for your return.
Can I amend my booking?
Yes, you can amend your Cruise Parking booking up to 24 hours before arrival. To amend your booking online, please visit Manage My Booking and follow the online instruction.
What payment methods are accepted for my booking?
Payment must be made in advance and online. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal for pre-booking. We reserve the right not to fulfil your booking if your card is declined for any reason, if the payment card has been used fraudulently or without the cardholder's permission, or if you are under the age of 18.
How do I know my payment details are secure?
