easyJet, Europe’s leading airline, has today announced it will be launching two new routes from Southampton for summer 2024 providing customers in the south of England with even more choice when planning their next summer holiday.
The UK’s fastest growing tour operator, easyJet holidays, has also launched brilliant package holidays at unbeatable prices on the brand new routes, which are its first ever beach destinations from Southampton.
The airline’s new route from Southampton to Spain’s coastal city Alicante will launch on 31 March and operate throughout summer once a week on a Sunday.

Also on sale today is a new route from Southampton to Faro which will launch on 6 June and operate once a week on a Thursday throughout the peak summer season. The city itself features medieval cobbled streets dotted with Roman ruins, and outside the city is 5km of beautiful sandy beaches and the Ria Formosa Nature Park.
