About AGS Airports
AGS Airports is a partnership between Ferrovial and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) established in 2014 to acquire Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports. Amanda McMillan, Managing Director of Glasgow Airport, has been appointed as the CEO for AGS as a group.
Macquarie and Ferrovial have a long and successful history of partnering with each other across a number of infrastructure projects, with partnerships in airports including Bristol Airport and Sydney Airport.
