Shopping assistance

BAA airports offer a shopping collection service for passengers travelling within the European Union (excluding UK and Ireland flights to/from Heathrow).

This allows you to buy before you fly and collect on your return – so you don't have to carry heavy or fragile goods to and from your destination.

Passengers with reduced mobility who require assistance with shopping should contact the special assistance desk on arrival at the terminal building.
