The aviation industry creates many economic benefits and social opportunities, despite a number of challenges such as climate change, air quality, noise disturbance and the rapidly changing security environment.

Each year we publish a corporate responsibility report which gives an overview of how we manage different issues during each year, what we said we would do, what we achieved and what we plan to do. All of these come together to form the various aspects of our corporate responsibility programme. Some elements of our reporting are verified by an independent environmental monitoring organisation, ERM.
