Help Points

You can request assistance from the following points at Southampton Airport:

• The help buttons at each bus stop in the long term car park.
• At the entry/exit barrier in the short term car park.
• The airport information desk.
• A help point is also available at the Parkway Train station.

Assistance for special needs passengers is free. To request assistance with your wheelchair or baggage please contact the airport information desk. The information desk can also assist with any onward travel questions.
