To help our catering partners manage the extremely challenging airport trading environment, our teams supply detailed passenger and flight data and provide all the necessary infrastructure and logistics support.

We also work with them to identify and develop new service features and menu items. For example, many now serve wonderful breakfasts at all hours of the day to match the travellers’ own body-clocks, that are often in very different time-zones.
