Lost Property
This is handled by OCS. For property lost or found at the airport only (for all property lost or found on board an aircraft, please contact the relevant airline direct). Lost property will be held for a period of three months, for which the following charges will be made:
- Reclaimed within 24 hours - free of charge.
- Reclaimed within 1 month - £5.50 per item.
- Reclaimed within 2 months - £10.50 per item.
- Reclaimed within 3 months - £15.50 per item.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.
If property is collected on the day it was lost, no charge will be made and can be collected from the OCS desk at Zone G - adjacent to the Monsoon retail outlet. For collections after this please contact the lost property office, Orange Short Stay Car Park, Lane Q. Opening hours 09:30 - 16:30 seven days a week.
Note: Items not collected after three months will be disposed of or sold at auction for charity.

Lost property on board aircraft
Enquiries about items left on board the aircraft and for items of checked luggage which have been lost in transit should be directed to your airline/handling agent.
