We employ close to 14,000 staff who help turn our strategies into action. Across our airports and other businesses, we aim to create conditions that attract and retain high quality people – and make sure they perform at their best.

We look to create a high quality organisation where people and values are respected, team working and personal development is encouraged and there are genuine equal opportunities. Staff are rewarded for the good work they do and we operate an annual bonus scheme dependant on the company's performance.

It is important for our employees to be kept fully informed about what is going on inside the company and for us to understand staff views. We engage employees through informal team meetings and our annual ‘Make your Mark’ survey.
