About the airport and BAA

Southampton Airport aims to be the ‘FastTrack’ quality airport of choice serving Southern England. Our current terminal was opened in December 1994 following a complete redevelopment by BAA. We welcomed 1.9 million passengers during the year 2006/07 and anticipate that this will continue to grow during the coming year.
