The focus for 2008 will be:

• To develop our internal communications to ensure staff are informed and engaged with the business.
• Creating action plans, linked to our business priorities, in response to feedback in our employee survey.
• Attract, develop and retain talented people within the business to help us build robust succession plans.
• To ensure the appropriate structures and processes to enable us to achieve our strategies and deliver for the passenger.
