The safety and security of passengers travelling through our airports is our first priority. But we also aim for our airports to be clean, working and friendly. Much of the time feedback from customers indicates a high level of satisfaction. However, we are very conscious that passengers have experienced longer queues during peak times as a result of the higher level of security screening introduced by Government.

Your airport experience - feedback online
This online feedback section will help us improve our service and your experience when travelling through our airports. Our aim is to respond to you within ten working days and here is a step by step guide to the process:

  • There are five stages and, each one needs to be completed in order to move onto the next.
  • It will take between five and ten minutes to fill out - this may seem like a long time but we do require thorough details in order to provide an appropriate response.
  • You will receive a unique reference number which can be used to track progress.
