Lost property

On an aircraft

If you have lost anything on an aircraft please contact your airline immediately. Airline contact details can be found in the Airlines & travel tab.

In the airport

If you have lost an item in the airport please telephone Swissport on 0844 481 7777.

Please be advised that a £5.00 service and storage charge per item is applicable for items not collected from the Swissport desk on the same day that they were handed in.

Special assistance

If you require special assistance while at the airport please inform your airline at least 48 hours before you fly. You can find airline contact details in the Airlines & travel tab.

If you arrive at the airport and haven’t booked in advance, we will make all reasonable efforts to assist you.
